  • For deep rest, nervous system regulation, and restoration.

Sound healing is a gentle practice that invites your body and mind into harmony through curated soundscapes. Using instruments such as Crystal Tones Alchemy® singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, voice, and more, each session is tailored to create an immersive, restorative experience.

    • Improved relaxation

    • Enhanced contact with the present moment

    • Increased clarity, focus, and self-awareness

    • A sense of emotional release and balance

    • Group Sound Baths

    • Corporate & Team Wellness

    • Studio Pop-Ups

    • Private Event Sound Journeys (celebrations, pre-wedding gatherings, retreats, birthdays)

    • Guest workshops

  • During our sound bath, you will be invited into a calm, welcoming space and settle into a comforting laying position with cozy pillows, blankets, and weighted eye masks. You’ll find yourself deeply immersed in a multi-sensory meditative experience where you will be “bathed” in waves of frequency and guided through sound. You will be guided into relaxation utilizing several instruments paying homage to the ancient practices of sound healing, as well as recognizing the practice’s return to us.

Sound  is capable of regulating the nervous system, further engaging the parasympathetic state also referred to as “rest and digest.” Additionally, sound can modulate us  from a faster, more active brain state referred to as the  beta brain state, to a more relaxed brain state such as: alpha, theta, or delta. Here, you may find yourself feeling an increase in relaxation, self-awareness, ease, and meditative focus where deep rest is promoted.

It is always important to note that there is no “right” or one way to experience sound. We will interpret sound the way that we are meant to in that given mindful moment. Be open to the sound and what it has to share with you individually. Your body will take exactly what it needs. You simply arrive, relax, and allow the sound to greet you.

  • Investment for sound healing sessions rely on a variety of factors such as distance, number of guests, set up needed, additional time for set up and break down, instructor’s training background, quality of instruments provided, and more. If you have an idea in mind for your event, please contact us here and share your ideal budget range through our inquiry form. We will be happy to work with you to make your vision come to life!
