Join Nadia for a sound bath to celebrate one year of pausing together! Through a thoughtfully curated soundscape, you’ll be gently guided into a state of relaxation and mindfulness. Nadia will play her Crystal Tones® Alchemy Singing Bowls to evoke a sense of inner calm and peace, while weaving in chimes, rain sounds, shruti box, bells, and voice. Together, these elements create a warm blanket of sound that supports rest, integration, and nervous system regulation.

The sound bath will take place from 11:30am-12:45pm, however, we encourage you to stay and join us after for some light refreshments.

Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided as well as a limited number of eye masks (12). No prior experience with sound healing or meditation is needed, simply arrive with a willingness to receive. It will be an honor to share sound and space with you soon! Comfortable clothing is recommended.
